Overview
This 5-day private safari is designed to begin at Kilimanjaro and finish in Arusha, while covering some of Tanzania’s most famous wildlife destinations: Kilimanjaro, Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater. The safari combines spectacular mountain scenery, exciting game drives, and a special walking safari in Tarangire National Park. You will travel in a private 4×4 safari vehicle with a professional guide, giving you flexibility throughout the journey.

Tour Plan
Day 1
Materuni Waterfalls
Your safari begins in the Kilimanjaro area with a visit to the beautiful surroundings of Kilimanjaro. You will enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and experience the natural and cultural environment around the mountain. Depending on your interests and the weather conditions, the day can include a nature walk, a visit to a local Chagga village, and an opportunity to learn about the traditional way of life around Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 2
Tarangire National Park – Walking Safari
After breakfast, you will begin the day with a guided walking safari in Tarangire National Park. Walking through the bush allows you to experience the park from a different perspective and learn about animal tracks, plants, birds, insects, and other signs of wildlife. After the walking safari, you will enjoy a game drive in Tarangire, famous for its large elephant herds, baobab trees, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, and lions.

Day 3
Full-Day Serengeti National Park
Today is dedicated to exploring the magnificent Serengeti. After an early breakfast, you will head out for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Your private safari guide will take you to the best areas for wildlife viewing according to the season and animal movements. You may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebra, as well as lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes.
After a full day of exploration, you will return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4
Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, you will enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti before departing toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive offers beautiful scenery and opportunities for additional wildlife sightings. You will arrive at your lodge near Ngorongoro in the afternoon and have time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Overnight: Marera Valley Lodge
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
You will start the day early with a descent into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is home to a remarkable concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and, with luck, black rhinoceros. You will enjoy a picnic lunch during the crater visit. After the game drive, you will ascend from the crater and continue to Arusha, where your private safari ends in the afternoon.
